Iridium engaged EQ Constructions Pty Ltd as the principal builder for the project. In March 2023, EQ entered administration, leaving a number of unresolved defects. Unlike many developers who disengage after settlement, Iridium took a different path
We chose to remain fully involved — committed to rectifying outstanding issues and honouring the promises we made to our purchasers. Since EQ’s collapse, Iridium has worked hand-in-hand with the Owners Corporation to address and resolve construction defects
The NSW Building Commission issued two Building Work Rectification Orders, which Iridium took full responsibility for completing. Both orders have now been successfully complied with and revoked — a reflection of our commitment to accountability and quality.
As of today, Iridium remains actively involved on site, continuing to support the Owners Corporation and ensuring that every detail of this luxury development reflects the standard we set from the very beginning.
This long-term presence is because we believe in standing behind our work and doing what is right for our purchasers and the building as a whole.
With 14 residences remaining, Iridium has made it clear that we will not engage in fire-sale pricing.
